1. The customer receives their product within 1 to 5 business days, if there is no problem with the carrier.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

1. The customer has the right to return the purchase of any item not identified in the following point, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item, without needing to indicate a reason.

2. Under the terms of article 17 of DL no. 24/2014, of 14 February, THERE IS NO RIGHT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalised (for example, a piece of clothing taken for adjustment by the store's seamstress), as well as sealed goods (including items in the Beach Line), for health protection or hygiene reasons and sale goods.

3. In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us by means of an unequivocal statement by letter sent to the email address siteusemiaflo@gmail.com

4. You must return the goods, deliver them to us at Rua de Trás 173, 4485-089 Fajozes, or send them by normal registered post, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your free termination of the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

5. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods. We may issue a refund of the value of the item or website credit, whichever you prefer.

6. Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged without any signs of actual use AND ALL PRODUCTS MUST COME WITH OUR LABEL.

6. Miaflô is only responsible for return and reshipment costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order, if the product has original defects and if it has been damaged during transport. When requesting collection of the items to be returned, the customer must send a photograph to the abovementioned email address to check their condition.

8. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must confirm that the packaging is in perfect condition and, if it shows signs of damage, the customer must not accept the order, notifying the postal delivery professional of the reason.

9. In case of withdrawal or error by the customer, the return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

10. Orders can be cancelled after payment has been made and before they are shipped at www.usemiaflo.com. To do so, you must send your cancellation request by email to siteusemiaflo@gmail.com, providing us with your order code. Your purchase will be refunded using the same payment method you used, except for Multibanco Reference and Bank Transfer, in which case the customer must provide their NIB for the transfer. The refund period is between 5 and 14 business days.
